Understanding Subconscious Blocks

Understanding Subconscious Blocks And What You Can Do About Them

meditation cdWhat are subconscious blocks, and how can we remove them? Everyone has some experience with subconscious blocks; they just don’t always understand how to work through them.

A mental block is much like driving a car on a trip. Some interstate miles go by effortlessly. These represent the times in life when you are able to accomplish things, and you are limited only by the energy you put into what you do.

Other parts of your trip are city driving where traffic and stoplights limit how far you can travel. This represents the normal events in life forced upon us by other people and situations. We can do little to change these external elements.

The third part of the trip concerns the traffic jams that completely halt our progress. These roadblocks are like subconscious blocks that keep us from our intended destination. It is during these times that our energy is stuck, and we can’t accomplish our important chores.

When we run into a subconscious boundary, we must find a way to remove it so we can continue our journey. Attempts to go around these roadblocks only result in our trip taking longer and pushing our life destinations further away. The only true way to go is on the straight planned route.

To find a way to remove blockage, we must first understand why it is there. We usually know if it is for protection from a threat or danger. If a block is because of leftover childhood emotions, we should know that, too.

A trauma that affects our mental, physical, and emotional self can be the cause of our hesitation in clearing the way.

Hypnosis (particularly age regression hypnosis to cause) and meditation both have been used to clear away subconscious blocks.  Hypnosis can help pave a way for a positive attitude through the release of negative emotions so that meditation can work the way it should.

The way we feel about ourselves affects everything we are able to do and every goal we can reach. Much of the way we perceive ourselves is not in the waking mind, but deep seated in the subconscious.

Meditation and age regression hypnosis can help to reveal things in our lives holding us back because of often misguided emotions and perceptions born from our experiences.

It is through meditation and regression for clearing subconscious blocks that we learn how our attitude can directly act on the release of unwanted experiences binding us to out of alignment thoughts and feelings.

Until we can obtain release of past emotional blocks, life can be more challenging than it was meant to be.

Learn meditation and release blocks through Hypnosis Regression to help bring you back into alignment with your highest power for change.

Meditation For Reaching Your Goals

By Matt, March 29, 2010 11:32 pm

MeditationQuite often, we say that the way to tackle any problem or task is to stop and slowly ascertain what exactly must happen to accomplish the work or solve the problem.  This is a good step in the right direction, but meditation for reaching your goals can be just as important.

A plan on how to do anything is critical to the success of the endeavor, without a doubt.  Of equal importance is the proper motivation actually to do what is required to start the plan and carry it through to completion.

Meditation is a design for placing an individual at one with himself or herself.  It is not concerned with attitudes or work ethics of other people, only those qualities as they exist within one’s self.  Others may hamper accomplishments, but they do not control reaching goals.

Because of the relaxation and stress reduction that comes with meditation, the mind becomes clearer and more focused on the real objectives.  The minor difficulties are less of a nuisance because you can better understand the lack of importance they have.

Of course, meditation for reaching your goals is not a one-time activity, nor is it an activity done at a certain hour so many times per day.  It is more about quality than it is about how often or when it is accomplished.  Each session meets with varying results.

At the start, your attempts may not garner the achievements you hope they will.  Be not discouraged because the power is within you to be victorious in small ways that build into your overall major objectives.

Meditation is instrumental in understanding that we do not always get everything that we desire, but we do get just rewards for the efforts we put forth.  The time frame of accomplishment is not always as we expect, but dedication and concentration reap good results.

The adage of “success breeds success” is true.  As you arrive at milestones on your quest for whatever you hope to accomplish, each one lifts you to do better in each succeeding point of accomplishment.  Any failure to achieve along the way should only make the effort more concentrated on ensuing attempts.

The choice is yours.  You may choose to do nothing about your future accomplishments other than planning what they will be.  If you choose wisely, meditation for reaching your goals will become a part of your normal life process.
